Over People Management Center - Tilburg University

The People Management Center (PMC) serves as a network platform in the HRM field to build bridges between business partners and the staff and students of the department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University and TIAS Business School. All parties benefit from good collaborations between academia and business. By bringing academics and practitioners together, we create an environment in which researchers can use the networks or data of the business partners, while at the same time ensuring that scientific research is as closely aligned as possible with the business practice, so that these research results can be applied by our partners and other HR professionals. This will contribute to creating impact and strengthening the HRM field.
