Work to date includes: * A transaction cost analysis of outsourcing production to China. (also published by the Research Institute for Trade and Transaction Management (RITM) at the VU University Amsterdam). * The development of a transaction cost scan for organizations involved in import. * The ongoing development of a database that analyzes import processes and is aimed at identifying best practices and possibilities for improvement. * Positioning papers that deal with several industry-specific topics from a transaction management perspective.
