Steungezin.nl is een online initiatief voor persoonlijke armoedebestrijding. Het is het eerste buurtplatform in Peoplefunding, waarbij je als buurtbewoner een eenmalige financiële match maakt met een nabije buur die in armoede leeft. Hoe werkt dit? Via het platform zijn anonieme profielen zichtbaar van mensen in je directe omgeving die een openstaande rekening/factuur niet kunnen betalen. De persoonlijk gekozen match wordt anoniem bemiddeld door Steungezin.nl en bevordert wijk- en burgerparticipatie.
