Move For Change biedt 100% begeleiding naar een fittere en gezondere levensstijl door middel van persoonlijke training, groepstraining, voedingsadvies en massage (sportmassage en ontspanningsmassage). We zijn gespecialiseerd in het begeleiden van obesitas patiënten naar een gezonder gewicht en levensstijl.
Tevens zijn wij gespecialiseerd in hardlopen en leren we onervaren en ervaren hardlopers efficiënt hardlopen door middel van cursussen en hardlooptrainingen. Wij maken van u fitness doelstelling onze doelstelling en zetten ons er 100% voor in om u dit te helpen realiseren.
