Citilinks is a global planning and design network based in Rotterdam (NL) and the Pearl River Delta (China), and dedicated to urbanism, transport and mobility, nature, architecture and research with a holistic approach of our physical and digital environment. We are planning the future for people by building the missing links between planning, design, engineering, governance, technology, environment and strategy.
